Dr James Muscat Azzopardi is a commercial lawyer with 20 years of experience in advising a global portfolio of institutional clients, ultra high net worth families and governments in different continents. James is the managing partner at Muscat Azzopardi & Associates, Advocates a leading commercial law firm in Malta and a founder partner and Director at Credence. James is a regular speaker at international blockchain conferences and is currently advising on a range of blockchain/cryptocurrency related projects including ICOs, STOs, exchanges and crypto related investment funds.
James is a tutor and examiner at doctoral level at the University of Malta and is the First Vice President of the Maltese Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
James is fluent in 4 languages including Spanish and Italian and has a good working knowledge of French.
